I have a '23 and my oil change light has been coming on even though it's not due. Should this be a concern?

The last time you had the oil changed, they probably just forgot to run the reset procedure. Turn the ignition on without starting the engine, then slowly press the gas pedal to the floor 3 times within 10 seconds. That should reset it.
