Hi

I receive my Compass yesterday and i try play cd with MP3 but i get a error Bad cd. Possibility of reading MP3 is standard or is a option. I have jack input for my toshiba gigabeat but reading MP3 on cd is possible or not on standard radio.

But the sound with boston acoustic option is terrific. Wooooowwww.

Excuse my english

I don't beleive it !

In 2008 no support for MP3 on radio auto single CD. I have the boston acoustic option and no support for MP3, Arrrrghhh. Fortunalety, i have a toshiba gigabeat 20 Go, and i connect this in aux. jack.

The mp3 support is on radio in low budget car so why Daimler/chrysler do that, it's a mysterious things.

But i enjoy this car for the moment, i haved this for 4 day for now and i have only a good comment but the MP3 support.

If you are looking for the optional MP3 readability in your compass, you would have to had picked that option. There is an option for EITHER the Boston System, or the optional 6 disk in dash changer with MP3 compatibility - or both!

The single CD deck will not read MP3's, but does have to optional AUX jack for you MP3 player/iPod.

All 2009 models are coming out with a new deck (standard) that will not only read MP3's, but also have artist/song title for Sirius Radio aswell!
(same deck found in Jeep Liberty/Wrangler)

We have the Boston sound and the 6CD changer that reads MP3's but there is no external accessory jack. I listen to Sirius Sat anyways but the jack would have been nice as I don't bother with CD's
