Are you talking about the silver/chrome Limited bumper garnish?

I'm guessing you could head over to a dealer and get a quote.

I just looked in the 2008 parts book and it looks like part number 68021299AB is what you would need for the front, but that is both the whole bumper/facasia in the needed color with the "bright insert". I'm not sure you can get a painted back bumper/facasia

They might sell the chrome seperately now, it just depends on if they broke the parts into seperate part numbers. I would give your dealer a call!

have you tried searching it at any online shop? ebay, partsbin, auto zone, etc.etc.etc. lot of resources out there...
