My 2019 compass screen glitches at random… anybody know what to do? The radio still works and the screen works sometimes and other times it’s like this

3 yr/36k warranty would cover a replacement radio if still in effect. Bring to dealer if so. If not get a known good used replacement from ebay orv some other source and be prepared to pay a dealer to program the replacemenbt to your Compass.

We have seen this before, happened on mine as well, and from Googling around I know it randomly shows up on other car's with Uconnect's once in a while. No known cause for the problem. No cure other than replacing the unit, hopefully yours will be covered under warranty.

No I have not had it replaced yet. Called corporate office about it, they were supposed to replace it but now giving me the runaround and bullshit. I’m disgusted.

I was able to call the operate office and they agreed to replace my radio. im so happy

I get it replaced march 18th by pine belt. the corporate office agreed to pay for it

I read online that it could just be a blown fuse or loose wiring I'm going to get mine checked Friday...
