I have a 2018 Jeep Compass Lattitude with only 1200 miles. Anyone else have a squeaky seat?? It so annoying!

Top or bottom cushion? Power or manual seat? Is it while going over rough roads? Also, check the head rest too. It only has a lock on one side. Sometimes it's not completely latched and wiggles making squeaky rattling noises.

Manual seat. Seems to be coming from bottom cushion left thigh area. Happens going over bumps or any rough road surface. Dealership said they lubricated the springs and it was fixed. LOL. As soon as I picked up the car and sat in the seat it instantly squeaked.

Hi Kensix2,
We understand why this may be frustrating. Please feel free to send us a private message if you would like to have your dealer look into this again. We would be happy to provide an additional layer of assistance while your Jeep is at your dealer.

Yes, mine had the same exact problem coming from the same area. It happened pretty much all the time I was in the car. I was even able to just wiggle myself in the seat to replicate the issue on command.

Dealer fixed it for me under warranty. Said it was the frame rail or something. Funny thing is, they took the seat apart to diagnose it, and when they put it back together (had to wait a couple weeks for parts to arrive) the noise stopped. I let them do the replacement anyway. Now it's been a couple months and I'm starting to hear the squeak again every so often.
