Its next to impossible, you can do the suspension parts but really its better to go aftermarket.
Monroe makes nice Sensatrac Struts, pair those with FDII OEM springs
The drivetrain is the most difficult part, you will need a seperate rear differential and different transmission. Basically its alot of work and not cost effective at all. It would be cheaper and easier to trade for a FDII than try to convert one.
