Hello Im from the UK and purchased a second hand jeep compass. the Uconnect is still connected to the previous owner so i cant register. how do I get the previous owner removed from my Uconnect so I can register. Is there a email address or contact number to do this

If you can’t contact the previuos owner and ask him to “release” his connection, then yes; I would go to an official service with your new trasferred docs.

COMPASS (jeep.co.uk) Try here. I can't remember now but in our (unsucessful ) attempt to update our sat nav we did speak to someone in Easter Europe and the Fiat in Italy.Our car didn't have Uconnect when we bought it, what does it give you?
