After being absolutlety s''''ed by a saturn salesman I am looking at a compass, I am reading low mileage reports but mostly from 4x4 owners, how are the 2wd models, thanks TIM

I'm not great at calculating mileage, but I'm certainly getting in the neighborhood of 22-24 mpg.

i have a 2007 2wd here in tx so the land is flat and i average 20-21 mixed

i have only had is a few months and have not had it long haul on the highway yet so i dont know

no its not that good but when i say mixed it is very very very little highway mileage and most city so i would say i get about 19-20 in the city

in the last couple days i put on a few hundred miles and more than usual of it was on the highway and i got 25 mixed with more highway than city

so one day i will get on the highway and just drive it and see how much i get and i bet i will get upwards of 27 or so with just highway

I have been doing alot of reading with regards the patriot and the compass and there seems to be alot of inconsistancies with gas mileage.I test drove a patriot today really nice but my wife was not in love with it, the compass tomorrow. thanks TIM
