That really sucks. What does the window sticker say? Is it listed and deleted? I know my 22 Cherokee was that way for the backup alarm. Think it was a lousy $50 credit.

Makes me wonder since the rumor is the 2026 will be all new style, if they aren’t using up the heated seats and wheel to get rid of them in the remaining 2025’s. Unfortunately for you maybe yours were early build dates before the decision. Just a hunch and certainly NO EXCUSES if it was listed to include. I hate sneaky crap and feel for you all. Hope you are successful in getting reimbursed or satisfaction .

Thanks. The features weren't listed the deleted. That's the first thing I checked, since most dealers will indicate features that were deleted and /or substituted. I looked at numerous window stickers at the dealer I bought from and others. The MSRP was identical on most, with some listing the heated seats and wheel on the sticker and some didn't. But whether it has them on the window sticker or not, the price was the same. So how does a vehicle with the exact same price have missing features without adding something else? And how does a feature that is advertised as standard not at the very least show up on the sticker as a deleted feature? And the biggest issue I have is the dealership exchanged numerous emails with me prior to purchase, but the instant I emailed them about the missing features they ghosted me. Again...BS. I complained to Stellantis as well and requested a response, but have yet to hear anything from either of them.

Have owned 3 jeeps in the past and the wife has 2018 Renegade Trailhawk. I recently purchased a 2025 Compass Latitude advertised with the standard features of heated seats, steering wheel and remote start.

Long story short, I guess my 2025 really isn't a 2025 as it does not have these standard features.

Anyone else end up with a 2025 Compass Latitude without the standard features?
I have a 2024 Compass Latitude and it has all basic features except auto spacing.

My mom picked up a 2025 Compass Latitude like 3 hours ago brand new with 43 miles. It has heated seats for driver and passenger, remote start and heated steering wheel. It also turns off and on and red lights and has other features. Not sure why yours didn't come with any of that.

@Ksaatnia I see you're new here. Please drop over to the newbie threads and introduce yourself. We've got a happy group on here.

I JUST purchased a 2025 Jeep Latitude with 194 miles last week... no heated seats, no heated steering wheel, and no remote start. After reading these comments, I'm miffed. I think I'll give Jeep a call and see what they say.
Hi @rdinkc,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please send us a private message with your VIN so we can further look into your vehicle information.

Welcome!

I have a 2025 Sport. It does not have those features, but it is a Sport, not a Latitude.

What does the BoS say? Window sticker?
You bought the car and didn't notice these features were missing?

My Wife bought me a fuzzy steering wheel cover so I don't miss the heated steering wheel. :)
I kinda miss not having the remote start on cold mornings, though. :(

Frankly, I'd be a lot happier if it had fewer features. The electronic parking brake has to be one of the dumbest inventions anyone ever came up with, and why it is standard equipment is beyond me.
24 latitude lux, no remote rear hatch, miss that

Are you looking on the touchscreen for icons to turn the heated seats/wheel on? There is no physical button to push for them, just the icons on the touchscreen.
The icons for indicating that the heated seats and steering wheel are activated (and at what level) are, for me, the most annoying indicator on the Compass (I have a 2024). Overall, I am very pleased with the Compass Latitude, but the team that came up with those stupid tiny bars should get a beatdown. It is very confusing trying to determine if you are turning the heating option on or off. A bright yellow or orange indicator would have been better, or simple words on or off. I find the easiest way to turn heated steering wheel/seats on and off is through voice commands.

Be very careful if you decide a jeep. It may not come equipped as advertised.

I can only speak for my 2024 Compass Latitude. Purchased late last October with 2k miles on it. Overall I love the vehicle. Had my doubts on CVT transmissions prior to the purchase. The acceleration has been great in both city and highway driving. Very smooth shifting through all speeds with no issues except an early flat tire. The sound system is great and love being given rubber mats for the floor boards and cargo area. My only gripe is some of the LED indicators can be better. For example, the one that are for the heated steering wheel and seats are impossible to know for sure if you have them on or at what level. Only other gripe is the lack of an actual spare/donut, but instead the inflation kit with a fix a flat material inside. This an industry trend to reduce weight. With the Toyota RAV4 you are paying more for the Toyota brand which results often in getting a much more stripped down option.

This will be our last Stellantis vehicle. Not because it's had significant problems, but because Stellantis won't provide a working service manual, and their own dealer service sucks.
