2025 Compass has vibration in steering wheel that comes and goes in about 10 second intervals at expressway speed. Noticed it on the way home from dealership new. They checked tires and found one to be out of round. Changed it, took about 2 weeks, drove it home, vibration is still there, not as bad but not gone.

Lane assist is off, went thru that. Dealer re balanced all 4 tires and replaced one for out of round, Firestones. Vibration comes in like it's on a timer, lasts for about 10 seconds. Quits for about 3-4, then repeats. 75 mph + - . Feel it in the steering wheel. The Lane assist vibration is more pronounced, turned it on and experienced it. Vehicle has 275 miles on it.

It goes down the road straight, it has a vibration that comes and goes that is felt in the steering wheel At highway speed. The 2021 we traded in did not have the vibration on the same stretch of highway. The out of round Firestone tire, since replaced made the vibration more noticeable, but the vibration is still there

Thank you Blair, this is my partners 3rd Jeep Cherokee/Compass in the past 6 years. She turned in a lease with 14,000 miles on it wanting to keep under warranty. She test drove it around the parking lot and didn't notice the vibration until the drive home. Now we're 3 trips back for balancing, out of round tire found, tire ordered, tire replaced. It's been a bit of and ordeal and still on going. I plan on going back sometime again next week.

Dealership finally admitted, after 31 days, that there really is a vibration and they don't know what's causing it. We were told Friday, the 23rd that they we consulting with Jeep. We are finally past the dealership denial stage and are looking forward to putting this behind us.
The excitement that comes with a new vehicle only lasted until we set the cruise control on the way home.
Thank you 'Jeep Cares' Blair and Jeep Customer Service for getting involved.

Randy,
I share your pain.
Let me know if you find the problem, dealership and Jeep telling us to just drive it.
After reading countless articles in the past month I believe that the source of our vibration comes from wheel bearing or related.
We first noticed ours on the ride home from purchase with 170 miles on the odometer.
