If a few people start taking it to the dealer 3 times where they fail to fix it, then returning the whole car under a lemon law, Stellantis might get around to actually fixing the issue.

My phone only connects to my vehicle sometimes.
I'm in & out of my car several time per day. Sometimes after the 4th or 5th restart my phone won't connect. If I restart my phone while the ignition is on, my phone will re-connect. Nuisance but I can live with it.

Uconnect is no longer adding new updates to the driveuconnect.com website, so the information is not reporting the most accurate information. You are welcome to message us for further assistance and locating your current software level information.

That's customer hostile, @JeepCares @UconnectDoesn'tCare. What about people who have non-nav units, like the 8.4/UAM, which don't have OTA capability? You're forcing them to pay big bucks to your dealers for software updates. That's if the updates are even made available to dealers (the current one apparently isn't). The whole uconnect group is ripe for a major restructuring, they're simply not fit for purpose.

I am having the same problem with my Grand Cherokee 2023 since last week. What to do? I am in Canada. My seller told me to be nearby my wifi. Seriously? They don’t have strong enough wifi to do it. Lol. Been trying to get that uptade for 2 days at home but no success. Not impressed.

I have a 2022 Compass, the Uconnect gives me an error message most every day, sometimes several times a day. Been going on for 7 months. Local Jeep Dealer unable to fix. Jeep Corp uninterested. Should I hire a lawyer?

@JeepCares - When was that OTA updates for the telematics box pushed out? As of today, 06/15/2023, I am still receiving this message. This is the 2nd head unit, and after the issues of not having audio for months on end, I am starting to get more and more annoyed.

All updated, replaced telemetrics module, test call done on sos and it failed- there is no signal, no gps signal available when I call Uconnect customer service either. I’m being told it’s an update that’s needed, there is no update, and hopefully they will push out the update at some vague future time. Uconnect customer service says it shouldn’t be an update issue… what’s going on? I’ve been paying 20+ dollars a month thinking I had a functional sos call button…. People could get hurt, I can’t find my vehicle if it’s stolen… what’s the solution here because it’s a bigger issue than I can’t start my car remotely… please help.

glad to see i am not only one that been having this problem, purchased this compass in feb 2022 since then i have had it to dealership told nothing they can do. and that an update is coming this has been from 2022 today i had to hit the ok button twice. i get so tired of hearing there is an update coming if it is coming then get it to us

I have literally had mine I. There monthly for issues they have replaced my radio and all. Still have issues so many it’s unreal I got mine in June 2022
